7-1 Post office
(1) Types of domestic mail
Standard postcards are 85 yen, and standard envelopes (9-12 cm wide x 14-23.5 cm long and less than 1 cm thick) are 110 yen up to 50 g. For other standards, please refer to the Japan Post website.
(2) International mail
When sending postcards from Japan to overseas, the cost is 100 yen by airmail and 90 yen by sea, regardless of where in the world the postcards are sent. When sending letters and luggage, there are methods such as airmail, sea mail, SAL (economic airmail), and EMS (International Express Mail). (3) International remittance
How to send money overseas at the post office
When sending money to a foreign country, the post office has a method called “inter-account transfer” that deposits money into the transfer account or bank account of the foreign recipient.

A number of companies also offer delivery services. You can send items from your home, convenience store and various outlets to all of the country and overseas.
